Adaptive Programming Built In

THE STRENGTH OPERATING SYSTEM.

Programs

Three lanes. One serious system.

CMS is not one generic template in a new coat of paint. Each track has its own purpose, training feel, and engine behavior.

Bench Specialization

This is for lifters who want pressing strength to move now. CMS supports focused bench work, weak-point-aware exercise swaps, and a cleaner path from volume to strength to test week.

  • Lockout, mid-range, and off-chest weakness logic
  • Bench-centered block sequencing with productive weeks and deload timing
  • Accessory selection that serves the main lift instead of distracting from it

Jacked & Strong

Jacked and Strong hits a sweet spot a lot of lifters want: measurable barbell progress and enough hypertrophy work to actually build a physique.

  • Five-week hypertrophy and four-week strength blocks
  • Machine and accessory work that supports recovery instead of burying it
  • Size and numbers at the same time

SBD

SBD in CMS is built around a macrocycle engine that works backward from meet day. Hypertrophy, strength, peak, and taper phases are laid out based on the calendar so prep feels intentional.

  • Competition-date aware block sequencing
  • Peak and taper logic that respects time to the platform
  • A single home for squat, bench, deadlift, and meet-focused progression

Engines

The part most apps never build.

CMS is strong because the logic underneath it is strong. These engines give the app its edge and make the promise believable.

Macrocycle Engine

CMS calculates how far out a competition is, then assembles the training flow from there. Hypertrophy, strength, peak, and taper blocks are not hand-waved. They are built from time-to-meet.

Load Engine

Baseline percentages are adjusted by readiness score and lift-specific joint feedback before final working weights are assigned. The app is actually listening when the day is off.

Readiness Engine

We built a check-in system that turns session feedback into practical load changes. Simple enough to use consistently and useful enough to matter.

Weak Point Engine

CMS carries weakness-specific alternates for common sticking points, so substitutions are not random. Close-grip, board press, Spoto — tied to actual weak-link logic.

e1RM Tracking

Every completed set is logged with weight and reps. The system calculates e1RM trends and uses them to refresh training maxes before test week.

Block Progression

Training cycles aren't guessed. The system manages volume, intensification, and deload phases based on cumulative fatigue and block-completion patterns.

Ready to Train Smarter

Put real programming behind your next training block.

Bench Specialization, Jacked and Strong, and SBD are already built in. Your program will adapt as you train.

FAQ

Questions lifters are going to ask.

Is CMS only for one kind of lifter?

No. CMS supports three clear lanes right now: Bench Specialization, Jacked and Strong, and full SBD. That gives lifters a reason to join whether they care most about bench, size plus strength, or meet prep.

What makes the programming different?

The engines. CMS uses competition-date macrocycle logic, readiness-based load adjustments, and lift-specific joint penalties to shape training instead of leaving everything static.

Does the app actually adapt?

Yes. Feedback from check-ins changes assigned training loads, and the system already includes logic for block progression and weak-point-aware exercise alternatives.

Can I track progress over time?

Yes. The analytics page shows e1RM trends for every lift, block-by-block progression, and a full training history. You can see exactly how you're moving week to week.

Is there a free trial?

CMS is free to use while in Beta. Create an account, pick a program, and start training. No cards required, no paywall. We encourage feedback through our suggestions card.

How do weak points work?

Tell the app where you're weak (lockout, mid-range, off-chest, or none), and it swaps exercises intelligently. Lockout weak? Smart lifters address weakness.
